If unable or unwilling to provide said file and an in-game meeting is needed, arrivals over 30 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling. The client(s) in this case will be required to return to the meeting site in the event that the photographer crashes or forfeit further photos, effective for an hour from the beginning of the session.
